A most beautiful and functional grater, designed for ginger but also great for citrus, garlic and wasabi. Made of copper, which is coated with a thin layer of tin. The tiny, sharp teeth are cut and shaped individually making for a superb kitchen tool. Hand wash and dry thoroughly. Made in Japan.
