Refund policy

RETURNS
We want your Ideal experience to be, well, ideal. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly issue a refund in the form of store credit for full-price merchandise returned within 60 days of purchase. Only returns of merchandise that are unused, unworn, and in original packaging will be accepted. Please note, all sale items, seasonal items, special orders and calendars are final sale. In addition, shipping costs are non-refundable unless item is determined to be defective or damaged in transport (in such case, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at 360.752.5522 or info@www.anidealshop.com).

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Ideal recommends that when mailing your return, please track and insure the package. We cannot be held responsible if the returned package is lost or damaged en route.

If you prefer to handle and appreciate an object in person from the Ideal website before completing your purchase, please contact us at 360.752.5522 and we will gladly place the available item on hold for you for 48 hours. If you prefer to pick up your purchase directly from the store (saving on shipping while visiting beautiful downtown Bellingham), please contact us at info@anidealshop.com or 360.752.5522 and we can complete your purchase over the phone and have it packaged for your arrival.
