Shipping policy

The Ideal website takes orders from addresses within the continental United States. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally, please contact us directly (info@anidealshop.com or 360-752-5522) and we will assist you individually.

Ideal will process online orders within 24-36 hours given all items are in stock. Occasionally items may be oversold. All backorder items will ship as we receive them in the shop and therefore items ordered together may not be shipped together. We will contact you if any of your items are backordered in the event changes are needed to proceed with the order. Ideal reserves the right to cancel and refund any order, for any reason.

Ideal ships orders via UPS or USPS, Monday through Friday. Your shipping options and cost will be outlined at the time of checkout. You may track your order via the USPS or UPS website after your order has shipped. Upon shipping you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.
